INGREDIENTS:
- Large egg yolks 2
- Butter 100g
- Dark chocolate bar 200g
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Large eggs 2
- Plain flour 50g
- Caster sugar 100g
- Caramel sauce 6-7 tbsp.
PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
First, preheat your oven at 200-degree C. Prepare 6-7 mini pudding tins, floured and buttered.
Step 2:
Secondly, take a bowl, add butter, chocolate together, and melt both ingredients in the microwave.
Step 3:
Thirdly, add 2 eggs and additional egg yolks in a bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Step 4:
Now sift flour over the top of the mixture and stir it in. After that, fill each mini pudding tin to two-thirds full of the mixture.
Step 5:
