Wondering how chocolate and fruits relate? Wonder no more. Try clementine dipped in the chocolate and chilled. They make such a delicious combination. Not forgetting that they can also be used for garnishing. If you canât take clementine alone, then you can try to increase their taste by dipping them in the chocolate paste and dusting them with a little sea salt. Such an incredible appetizer.
Ingredients.
14 clementine, peeled and segmented.
1 cup chocolate chips.
1 tablespoon coconut oil.
1tsps sea salt.
INSTRUCTIONSÂ
- The clementine slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate in either the microwave 50% power for half a minute stirring after until melted. Stir in the coconut oil until melted.
- Dip half the clementine in the chocolate then sprinkle with flaked salt. Continue with remaining slices.
- Keep in the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
