INGREDIENTS:
- Double cream 120ml.
- Unsalted butter 30g.
- White chocolate chopped 320g.
- Vanilla paste 2 tsp.
- Rose water ½ tsp.
- Liqueur of your choice 1-2 tsp.
- Pistachios chopped.
- Desiccated coconut.
- Cocoa powder.
PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
First, melt the butter, cream, and 300g of white chocolate in a small glass bowl over simmering water.
Step 2:
Second, stir in any flavoring you like and transfer the mixture in a small baking dish. Set the dish in refrigerator until cool.
Step 3:
Scoop out the cooled mixture and roll into balls. Give a proper round shape to the truffles through rolling them on your palm. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 4:
Now, take a bowl and melt the remaining 20g chocolate in microwave. After that, drop the chilled truffles into the melted chocolate and lift out with a fork.
Step 5:
After that, put back the truffles on baking tray and sprinkle over any toppings you want.
Step 6:
