Hot chocolate pie bars are a decadent dessert made with graham crackers crust, luscious chocolate filling, and toasted marshmallows. Oh, and this recipe requires only 6 ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- Whole gram crackers 12
- Melted butter ½ cup
- Heavy cream 2 cups
- Instant espresso 1 tsp.
- Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
- Semisweet chocolate 1 and 1/2 cups
- Marshmallow for topping
PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
First, line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Second, crack graham crackers in half, place them in a food processor and process them until broken down into crumbs.
Step 3:
Transfer the crumbs of cracker to a bowl, add sugar and salt and give a quick mix once. After that, add butter into these ingredients and press the mixture into the baking dish in an even layer. Place the baking dish into the freezer.
