Ingredients
5 Eggs
1 ½ cup Light-weight corn syrup
1 cup Sugar
4 tablespoon butter; melted
2 tablespoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Chocolate extract
7 oz. White chocolate; melted
2 cup Pecan halves
2 cup Sliced or slivered almonds
Method of preparation
- Use the 9-inch pastry shell and mix the first eight ingredients.
- Whisk using an electric mixer until well mixed up.
- Whip pecans into the mixture.
- Put the mixture into a pastry shell. Bake at 180c for 53 minutes.
