You can make your cake delicious in many ways. In this recipe, the cake has been stuffed using the Daily-land strawberry choc flakes ice cream. Using this simple recipe, you will be able to make a replica of the same. the ingredients used are readily available in the local market. Ingredients
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cup white wheat flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ baking soda1 cup milk
¾ cup milk
I tsp. strawberry essence
1 tsp. coffee
Daily-land strawberry choc flakes ice cream
Chocolate buttercream
Method of preparation
- Use an electric mixer to mix margarine and butter until it is light enough
- Add one beaten egg at a time
- Sift all the dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, coffee, chocolate, and strawberry essence.
- Mix gradually the dry and the wet ingredients starting with the dry ones and then the wet ingredients
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into a cupcake tray that is already greased
- Preheat the oven at 179*c for 25-30 minutes
- Chill for 15 minutes
- At the center of the already baked cake, a scoop of a little bit of the cake and feel with the strawberry choc flakes ice-cream
- Chill for few minutes
- Ready to serve.
