INGREDIENTS:
- Digestive biscuits/ graham cracker crumbs 3 cups
- Granulated sugar ¼ cup
- Unsalted butter ½ cup
- White chocolate 2 cups
- Fresh raspberries 2 cups
- Unsalted butter for filling ¼ cup
- Heavy cream ½ cup
PROCEDURE:
Step 1: (For the crust)
First, take a bowl, stir together the biscuit crumbs and sugar. Add in the melted butter and mix until all the crumbs are moist.
Step 2:
Second, press the mixture of ingredients into the bottom and sides of an un-greased fluted tart tin with a loose base.
Step 3: (For the filling)
After That, place the chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a bowl and heat for 20 minutes in the microwave. Stir the mixture until melted and smooth.
Step 4:
Now place some raspberries on the bottom of the crust and pour the white chocolate on top. Decorate with fresh raspberries. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
